Virtual Town Hall: Estate Planning in the Time of a Pandemic

Join us on Wednesday, June 10th at 1 pm for a live, interactive discussion about estate planning in the time of a pandemic. In addition to having a robust, audience driven Q&A about current estate planning concerns, we will also cover specific ideas regarding how to review and update your estate documents during these challenging, socially distant times.

Lauren McCallion, Esq.

Lauren’s areas of practice include estate and tax planning, including preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, and Funeral Directives. In addition, she handles all aspects of trust and estate administration from inception to closing, including the preparation of accountings, estate tax, fiduciary income tax, and gift tax returns. Lauren also handles residential real estate.

As an active member of the community, Lauren is currently the Ninth District Representative for the Trust and Estate Law Section Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association. In this role, she is also a member of the Ninth Judicial District Surrogate’s Committee. In addition, Lauren serves on the Trust and Estate Section Executive Committee for the Westchester County Bar Association and is the Treasurer for the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County.
