Apply by sending a cover email and resume to Sovereign's CEO, Chuck Failla, CFP®: CLF@sfgroupinc.com Job Description: Senior Client Service Associate ATTN: Client Services Associates with experience with Charles Schwab, Raymond James or Fidelity*** Work 100% remote ***Our firm has recently enjoyed significant growth and is now looking to bring on a senior level, experienced Client Service Associate to support our growing team.Compensation PackageStarting base = $75,000Monthly Bonus (starting your second month)Health insurance401K & Company Match: Starting after 1 yearA very positive and supportive work environmentThe ability to be 100% remote.Job DescriptionSenior Client Service AssociateAssist the team with all non-sales related functions: Opening new accounts, ACATs, money movement, etc.Prepare meeting documents and other materials.Schedule meetings for team utilizing our group’s various applications (Outlook, Salesforce, etc.)Respond to client questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures.Review daily activity and reconcile current client activity, fund transfers and previous day’s activity to ensure accuracy.Process client requests (wires, checks, journals, etc.).Process client paperwork (including communicating directly with clients to obtain all information needed)Assist with establishing online access for statements, confirms, proxy materials and other services.Attend compliance and continuing education training sessions as required by regulatory agencies and the firm.Prepare client correspondence, obtain necessary management approvals and transmit.Other responsibilities as may be assigned.Minimum Qualifications:5 Years work experience as a Client Service Associate at either a Broker Dealer or RIA. This is a MUST.Excellent customer facing skills.
